Profile of the Facilitator
Mr. Ahmed Pasha is one of the prominent HR experts in the Bangladesh HR industry with vast experience in strategic HR and other management domain. The current CEO of the largest Mobile Handset Service company, Mobicare Technologies Ltd, has diversified experience in both multinational and local corporates. As a member of top management and Senior Director of HR, he had significant contributions in the strategy development and the glorious expansion of Edison Group. He closely worked for the brand development and marketing activities of popular brands like Dano, Radhuni, Nestle, etc. He also served Nielsen Bangladesh and Siemens Bangladesh during his early career. Mr. Pasha, the MBA graduate from IBA, DU with a Masters in Economics is also an international speaker and works as guest faculty in IBA (DU) and Business faculty (IBA) of Jahangirnagar University. Delivering speeches on HR and leadership is his one of the passion. He has already spoke in different universities and under the banner of Marcus Evans, Mind Mapper, WARD, etc. His multiple sessions on management learning is available in 10 Minutes School. He is the founder Chairman of the consultancy firm “OxyZen” that works in people area since 2016.
