Recently, PUMA Hong Kong trained me up via TTT (Train The Trainer) to conduct their new global learning initiative called “Taste of Agile” workshop and I successfully delivered Part I & 2 of the program at the state-of-the-art factory of DBL Ceramics Ltd. at Sreepur, Gazipur. Thanks to Mr. Tyseer Hasan Amin for being the co-facilitator with me at the workshop.

Why at DBL Ceramics? Because apart from the knowledge acquisition session on agile/scrum, it involved the 5 teams to make tablewares as part of the pottery making challenge. It was amazing to see how participants immediately applied the learning (preparing Kanban, doing standup, sprint planning, sprint review and retro meetings) in the workshop while enjoying the making of pottery!😮

Part 3 of the program will take place on December 2, 2022 at the same venue.

A short note to the critics: I am learning fast how to learn new stuff and I guess that will keep me relevant with the times. 🚀
