Aftab Mahmud Khurshid is very much known as Brand catalyst and Business Marketing specialist in Corporate Bangladesh. Currently looking after Apollo Hospitals dhaka’s Corporate Branding, Market Communications of Business Development Division.He was advisory council member of world Brand congress 2011 and Asia Brand Congress 2008 and 2009 from Bangladesh. Aftab has a decade of experience and worked in different capacities in wide spectrum of marketing, business development and branding arena in various local and multinational companies. He has received global ‘brand leadership award’ at Asia Brand Summit 2007.He is also recipient of certificate of excellence in Marketing Communications from Siemens Germany. He was National President of JCI (Junior Chamber International) Bangladesh in 2009. An author of 10 books, and writes regularly on business and marketing issues including institutions branding and impact after structural transformations. Write songs for popular bands Like MILES,WARFAZE,FEED BACK and other solo artists for last 30 years. He has been featured in many business magazines and appeared in various corporate talk shows in TV channels. Hosting ‘Brand Buzz’ show in RTV online.

An Honors (Finance) and Post Graduate (Banking) from Dhaka University and an MBA (Marketing) from UK, Aftab has a vast working track record in various nationals and multinational companies, like ACI (formerly ICI), Standard Chartered Bank, Siemens,Trust bank, City Bank, NRB Bank, WB and DFID funded BEMAP – ECOTA marketing projects for SMEs and dealt with brands like ACI aerosol, Fly ban, Canderel, ICI toiletries, Johnson & Johnson, Dabur, OSRAM, Pride,SSG, AmericanExpress Card, Radio Today FM89.6.Bangla Lion WiMAX, Sure Cash, etc.

He is very sought-after speaker in various congress and seminars. Teaches Marketing and Brand communication various private universities as guest faculty.
