About the Resource Person:
Salah Uddin Saibal works as a Senior Workforce Analyst in RBC Royal Bank which is the Canada’s largest bank and one of the largest FIs in the world. RBC employs approximately 79,000 employees who serve more than 15 million clients through offices in Canada, the U.S. and 44 other countries.
He is a proven HR strategist and data based storyteller. He enables business in assessing, prioritizing and developing strategic workforce predictions and actions using HR data and innovative technological solutions. Currently he is focusing on rapidly growing exciting world of strategic workforce insights, talent acquisition strategies and Diversity & Inclusion analytics.
Saibal achieved several degrees in Engineering and Business. Work and education always went hand in hand in his career. His recent education venture was learning business analysis from University of Toronto.
He has over 18 years of work experience in progressively critical roles both in global corporate and non-profit work environments. He worked, educated and trained in Canada, Australia, Sweden, Norway, Thailand, India and Bangladesh. Before migrating to Canada in 2010, he served as Head of HR&IT in ActionAid Bangladesh. Previously he managed HRD department of Save the Children US.
Saibal loves public speaking. He was an award winning -national TV debater from Notre Dame College, Dhaka.
